All right, this is one of my personal favorites because I've been editing for years now.

Now, one thing I'd like to tell you about video editing is, only the starting feels intimidating. If you've never seen how the software works, the interface itself will scare you, let alone actually editing a video.

How to overcome this? Just have the obsession of "Whatever happens, I'll make at least one video."

Note: Keep in mind these are tutorials and channels to help guide HOW you do anything. A good editor builds on intuition. Develop an intuition of what will look good or what will add more / enhance the video. Make enough videos and you’ll start getting a sense of what to do when.

Which program should I use?

So this is kind of a tricky question. There's many software out there that you can use to edit with. In fact, there's already a video editor in your computer by default, just search it up on your desktop and you'll find it.

I'd say to prefer software such as Adobe Premier Pro and After effects because if tomorrow you think you can start earning with this, the market appreciates if you use these software. Most of the job offers you'll see will mention these software.

Downloading the software:

Most of the time, there's the issue of the good software being paid. What to do then?

If you can afford paying for these software, please do.

If you can't, I understand. For this, just go to YouTube and type in something like " the software you want download for free" and you'll find many videos which help you do the same.
